Lauren Booker

Lauren grew up on Noongar and Dharug country and her ancestries include Garigal clan through her mother (Bartle/Lewis) and Japanese through her father. Her work has involved assisting projects with endangered language communities to digitise recorded cultural material and organise appropriate digital archives. Lauren’s current  research focuses on issues of archival preservation, access and transparency. She is currently a Research Fellow at Jumbunna Research, UTS.
