The State Library of NSW is proud to host the 2017 International Indigenous Librarians’ Forum. The event is held every two years for the purpose of providing focused ways to foster and preserve language, traditions, culture and the values of Indigenous peoples from all over the world. 

The Forum creates an opportunity to network and exchange ideas of best practices within libraries, museums, archives and educational institutions. This gathering provides mutual support, education and inspiration for people from around the world.
